All merchandise can be exchange within 90 days of purchase for a same priced or lower priced item. The shoes should be returned in new condition, and show non signs to be worn. The shipping label to exchange the item will be provided by us a no cost to the customer if the exchange is made during the 30 days after purchase. If the exchange is requested after 30 days of purchase, the customer has to cover the shipping cost with a valid tracking number and insured package. There are no refunds or partial refunds after 30 days of purchase. If you want to exchange a pair of shoes priced higher to what you paid originally, the customer has to cover the remanent quantity.
Once the shoes to be replaced arrive, we will examine it and determine if there are subject to exchange if they are not in new condition or show signs that have been worn, they exchange won't be processed and the shoes will be sent back to the original customer.
Returns and Refund Policy
You may return new, non wore items within 30 days of order for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund 3 to 5 business days after we receive the shoes back. You should also consider the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to any state in the continental US, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
